Your TLC Consultant will partner with the church leaders to give diligent and professional leadership of your capital campaign in a way that is consistent with and supportive of your church's identity, mission, and objectives. Your TLC Consultant is a Stewardship Specialist, and is carefully chosen and trained to be:

- Experienced in ministry and local church leadership
- Experienced and knowledgeable in directing capital funding campaigns in local churches
- Possessive of leadership abilities and style that create confidence and comfort
- Competent to adapt the campaign to the unique nature of each church
- Above question in integrity, character, and commitment
- Able to relate well with people, establishing warm and friendly lines of communication
- Able to bring energy to a campaign, infusing it with a sense of excitement, urgency, and enthusiasm, but avoiding emotionalism
