TLC Ministries is a 4 decades old ministry of Dr. Robert S. Hallett and his team of church consultants that has one MISSION: Training Leaders for Christ through Discipleship Ministries.

Our VISION is to accomplish our mission through several discipleship formats that are customized for each local church, including:

Vision Defining Retreat – guides the local church in defining its specific mission, developing its vision, and refining its values, while activating people’s ownership of them. It can be used to help the church define its building needs, as well as a stand-alone event that brings about the church’s specific direction for its ministries.
Scriptural Funding Campaign – develops more responsive stewardship disciples through TLC’s unique ministry-oriented capital campaign. It has the reputation of producing the highest ratio of major funds raised for local church facility projects while training its leaders, engaging its people, and developing congregational unity.
Reconnecting the Saints Ministry – bridges the social and ministry gaps in the local church through personal ministry that is to, by, and through their own people.
Healthy Pastors Ministry – one-on-one no cost itinerant pastoral care for area pastors so they can Bless Churches through Healthy Pastors, as well as purposeful mentoring agreements with pastors either virtual or in-person.
Books and Bible Studies– addresses the core issues of discipleship for both leaders and laity to help develop deeper disciples for Jesus.

The Scriptural Funding Campaign has been a combination of these individual ministries over the decades, and will continue to be included in the campaign as needed. Since every church does not need the full capital campaign, these individual formats are available as stand-alone ministries.

Our name, TLC Ministries, describes what we do – Training Leaders for Christ through Discipleship Ministries. While specifics vary, these discipleship ministries give practical application to the church’s discipleship efforts. It is especially true with the extensive lay involvement in our Scriptural Funding Campaigns.
